I tried running one of my games and managed to construct more structures and introduce more foes than ever before. For the first time, I noticed a noticeable slowdown. According to my task manager, GPU usage is at 3%, CPU at 19%, memory at 39%, and it’s raising questions about whether I need more RAM. Since the game is Riftbreaker, I wondered if upgrading from 32 to 64 GB would help. I wanted to share this because the forum has previously warned me against certain purchases. My current setup should be listed in my profile.

CuriousBro reports 39% usage on a 32 GB system, which should be sufficient. In general, adding more entities in most games causes lag. The issue lies with the game's optimization, not your PC. Also, how does the 3% GPU usage change when idle versus when the game runs?

It likely was an error. Immediately after uploading, I started the game in combat and it reached 72% performance.

This setup continues to use a significant amount of memory. The reason must lie in the game itself.

Windows stores data in RAM for quicker performance. When required, it releases this memory and grants access to whatever is needed.
