Hi, I've noticed packet loss on my PC while using Discord, especially during gaming sessions. My ISP doesn't seem to have a clear solution. Anyone have suggestions or experiences that could help?

Are there any nearby sources that could disrupt your Ethernet cables or router? For wireless signals, anything blocking the line of sight might affect performance.

It's connected. I'm unsure what kind of disruption might exist.

Did you actually perform a full hard reset on the router?

I've actually attempted the most fundamental concepts, though I'm not sure if it's enough. Maybe bringing in your ISP technician would help.

Speedify can assist in tackling your packet loss issue. Here’s how you might approach it: First, install PingPlotter and run a test from Google. Observe which IP addresses are responding. If loss appears with the first or second IP, check your router’s performance or consider updating it. For the third IP, suspect an ISP problem and contact them for resolution. If loss occurs beyond the fourth IP, it likely points to a more complex service issue—consider reaching out via email. For more details, watch the suggested video. Hope this helps!
