E5645 operates at 208bclk initially but requires QPI slowmode for higher bclk. My new X5650 stays at 208bclk and needs slowmode to increase. Is this a POS board? Or is it related to my dual rank 6x4 setup? I’ll need more testing with my 930 and 950 units, and try flashing it to P6T Deluxe and P6X58D Premium to see if it helps. For settings, keep qpi/vtt between 1.5-1.6v, vcore at 1.4v, IOH around 1.3v, VDD maxed at 2.46v, diff amp at 1000mV, LC and spread spectrum off, IOH delay 100ns, CPU delay normal, everything else auto.
