This game keeps impressing me: I decided to test it on my desktop PC (config in signature) with my new 4K TV. Since it ran smoothly at 1080p/High, I attempted to boost the quality and resolution. Eventually, I ran out of settings to add and still managed a steady 70+ FPS in native resolution with epic graphics. How is this even achievable? I never imagined it would work, particularly after downgrading to an i3. Take that Battlefield! It seems I could have played in epic graphics for a whole year.

Here are some images you can share. Your statement sounds impressive—see the 4K at 70fps on your setup! Also, a GTX 670 is clearly outperforming a GTX 1060 under these conditions.

70 fps is the recommended speed for gameplay, not the one shown in the menus.

He might have achieved 70 FPS in the menu, but performance likely declined afterward

I'll attempt it again tomorrow and try capturing screenshots. I haven't played the high-intensity modes, but my performance was between 60 and 80 FPS on average, around 70. I'm not paying close attention to the left-side FPS counter, so drops might have occurred.

I just tried a quickplay session on my PC with an i5-6600k and GTX 980 at 4K resolution using all settings. My performance ranged from a low of 82 to an average of 110, but during combat it often stayed near 90. Since my hardware differs from yours, I’m questioning the results. Also, do you confirm Overwatch is set to 3840x2180? Changing the display settings doesn’t automatically adjust Overwatch’s configuration.

It seems likely it was still at full resolution when you noticed it. The system might have adjusted the scaling based on performance limits.
