Overwatch runs fast with low latency and smooth performance.
Played the beta without any problems. Purchased the game at launch and now face high RTT despite a latency range of 50ms to 60ms. Checked all troubleshooting tips on the Battlenet site, but nothing resolved it. Other games like CSGO, H1Z1, TF2, Diablo 3 are working perfectly. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

It's similar to the issue you're facing, where your RTT fluctuates wildly between 40 and 100+ now and then, almost like a rubber band. You've tried several solutions on BattleNet, but it seems to help only in some cases. This problem is specific to Overwatch.
