I completely support eliminating unfair practices regularly. I’d even back stronger penalties for repeat offenders. Lifetime bans are harmful to both the company and the game’s longevity. Someone who acts recklessly because influenced by a friend and then learns from it is valuable to the organization and the community as the game progresses. Permanent bans for one incident are too harsh—they should face consequences that require them to start fresh and possibly pay again, but this should be an alternative rather than the default.
