Hello. You're building a gaming rig and planning to play Overwatch. I'm checking if these components fit: i3-2100 @3.1 GHz dual-core, 15.5 GB RAM, 1333 MB VRAM (with VGA memory), and a PowerColor Radeon R9 380 with 4GB GDDR6 at 980 MHz.

Your setup performs exceptionally well with an R9 290, achieving over 100 FPS at the highest configurations.

Opt for a budget CPU, a high-end GPU, and 16GB RAM. Skip saving memory space by choosing an i5 instead. For games like Overwatch, a quad-core processor usually performs better overall.

I'm using the same GPU as you (MSI R9 280) and can play the game at full settings with steady 60fps at 1080p. The 4690k is significantly better than an i3, so it's worth trying. I don't know if the game relies on CPU performance, but it might work fine.

This project is just a simple one my dad handed me, but the GPU is something we'll consider later this summer.
