Hey! One of my friends is struggling with his system memory (ram). It's running at 95% capacity, with nothing running in the background except Windows and Discord. He can't even access this forum, which is why I'm reaching out for him. His specs are: Ryzen 5 2600X, 8GB DDR4 2666MHz (2x4), GTX 1660 Super, 500GB SSD, and 1TB HDD.

Start it in safe mode to verify no background processes are active, then observe any modifications.
