I've encountered several problems with the Wave XLR, ranging from audio distortion to complete lack of output. After sharing logs and contacting support, it seems the hub might be overloaded. I've tried connecting it directly to the motherboard within its USB group to prevent overload. Could you find a solution? They recommended a separate powered USB hub, but I'd prefer not to add another hub to my board. Any suggestions for a PCI-e card or alternative would be appreciated.

First, test it without any additional connections—just the wave and your mouse and keyboard on USB. This helps determine if the issue is due to overload or another problem.
