Not enough support for such a large build. The top should be designed to expel air without touching the CPU. How long is this AIO? Your temperatures should stay under 60°C with water and the chip. Are the fans on the radiator operating at full speed above 60°C or are they set to quiet? I suspect your radiator is front-mounted, so try rotating the top fan to improve exhaust. If an open side panel noticeably lowers temps, you need better exhaust; if not, inspect the AIO and fan/pump speed—pump should run at full capacity constantly.

I ran Prime95 with fans spinning at 2500 RPM and a pump at 2100 RPM; temperatures dropped to around 93°C, including background processes. The AIO is nearly a year old and functions perfectly. I plan to swap the top fan for an exhaust and share the findings.

settings using D15S and 6 case fans in a meshify C led to temperatures around 80-90°C in P95 despite the 3600. I expect most chipsets will overheat regardless of cooling, since the heat density is extremely high.

Not bad at all. I mean mine is nearly hitting the throttle temp (95c). But I do believe my case is the culprit as there's barely any airflow at the front where my radiator is mounted.

Lol, of course! How else would my CPU even be working? Because in real life benchmarks like gaming, it doesn't even go above 65c except for spikes up to 71c in GTA 5. The spikes then quickly go down to 62-65c again.

My friend ran a Threadripper with 1920x under a U14s without any fans—just basic airflow kept it running. The P400 non-A had poor cooling too, but aside from that, temps stay pretty stable unless you overclock. You're putting 90-100 watts into just two channels, and it'll get hot regardless of cooler type. Game temps usually lag behind benchmarks, so you probably won't face major issues.

It's accurate, but it bothers me that others achieve 78c with a 120mm AIO while I'm getting 85c here, especially since my rad fans sound like they're in a plane.
