1 CPU model: Intel i5-10400F running at 2.90GHz. GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Radiator. Case: MSI MAG Core Liquid 240r. Cooling system: Thermaltake Versa H17 Black Power. RAM: Z-ONE RGB, 16 GB (2x8GB). Initially, my setup worked perfectly. During idle I was around mid-20s to 30s Celsius, and gaming kept me near 50°C. After roughly six months, I started streaming and needed a second monitor. Later, after cleaning up dust, the temperature spiked again—over 90°C. I checked for dust buildup and confirmed the case didn’t allow good airflow since it’s positioned behind the front panel. I cleaned everything, set fans to maximum in BIOS, but the issue persists. While playing games like Rocket League and Mortal Shell, temperatures now often exceed 90°C. I’m unsure if the cooling solution lasted long enough. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks ahead!

It seems the AIO should maintain a cool CPU temperature regardless of load. This might indicate a pump malfunction. Occasionally hardware fails unexpectedly—being one of the few affected is unfortunate. Is the AIO still covered under warranty? If yes, it would likely be included, though handling the RMA process could be challenging. To confirm if it's a pump issue, try touching it to sense vibrations or examine its software for RPM readings. Others might offer more guidance, or you could contact MSI for their perspective.

Place a marker or sticker on the pump housing so you can easily identify it with your ear. If you're cautious, a screwdriver works; otherwise, a plastic tool might be safer.

Everything looks normal so far—no unusual sounds and RPM is stable. It seems like the problem might be with the gearbox.
