I turned off the fans so the only movement was the pump. I placed my ear near it and could hear it operating. I also noticed the temperature differences in the tubes—one hot, one cool. It’s hard to tell what’s happening now.

Are you checking if your CPU remains at 90 degrees during idle? It doesn’t appear to be a pump problem because we noticed a temperature change between incoming and outgoing tubes. The fin design of the block might be blocked, preventing sufficient cooling. If you lightly press one of the tubes, do you sense water moving? To rule out a pump failure completely, consider replacing the AIO. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, it’s likely not AIOS’ responsibility.

Consider adding more water to your AIO. It might not be sufficient for optimal performance. Edited September 28, 2021 by DreamCat04
