At first, everything worked well with my games, but now the CPU and GPU are reaching 70°C. Should I revert to Windows 7? It might be related to the water cooler. I monitor temperatures using HWmonitor.

The operating system is working well. It also performs better than Win 8.1 in terms of heat output.

Review the power-saving options. Your PC was configured for high performance, causing the CPU to operate at full capacity continuously.

70°C is acceptable for a GPU. 70°C for your CPU using a liquid cooler is not ideal; it seems your cooler might be malfunctioning!

It's quite straightforward to achieve a temperature of 70°C on an H80i after overclocking.
