I performed the AIDA64 benchmark on my Ryzen 3600 with the stock cooler in Asrock B450M Pro4. The results show a peak temperature of 95°C, speed up to 3800 MHz and voltage at 1.256 (peak). You should consider checking cooling efficiency, ensuring proper airflow, or possibly upgrading the cooler if needed. Since the test was done with the case panel open, it might affect accuracy—make sure the setup is stable before interpreting the data.

The temperature at 95°C is quite high, but Aida64 is a tough stress test. I suspect your room temperatures are elevated as well. How do your components perform in real-world use—what are your peak temperatures during gaming? Also, what case are you running and how does your cooling system look?

No games have been played yet. CPU stays between 45° to 68°c during downloads and installs. I’m using a BitFenix Enso ATX Mid Tower with tempered glass case, two fans (one exhaust), and the side panel is open.

AID64 isn't typical for your CPU. It suggests unusual temperatures are expected.

Monitor hardware temperatures during gaming with a focus on staying under 80-85°C. The cooling system performs well; observe its behavior while playing games.

I'm running the CPU at 1.15 GHz and the temperature is dropping to under 85°C. Is that fine? Cinebench-20 shows a score of 3435.
