This result appears quite high. I checked my specs: 6350 @4.8 GHz, full load up to 148W, measured at the power outlet and PSU without efficiency rating.

Because there are no reports from the amplifier in either the CPU or BIOS, Watts can only be estimated indirectly and derived from that information. When under load, not just the CPU is working harder; other parts such as the chipset and RAM also contribute, making the overall system load more critical.
