What kinds of overclocking setups do you have for your 3600 i? You recently got it to 4.5ghz with all cores at 1.325v, and Cinebench R20 showed stable results—still unsure what worked best.

Consider using OCCT and executing AVX2 instructions for two hours. This would serve as an effective performance challenge.

I personally employ cinebench to locate clock speeds that cause crashes right away, then move one level up and run intelburntest for six hours to check long-term reliability.

After extensive tuning, the system achieved 4-3.7GHz at 1.2v (compact case, compact cooler, throttle cap at 80C) with a mid-3300s R20 score. A single-core task ran smoothly at 1.45GHz for 4GHz; due to recent performance issues, I reset the BIOS and attempted manual adjustments. At 4.175GHz @1.1875v, stability was confirmed across blender, aida64, and realbench. P95 was intended but temperature control remained challenging. Performance was validated with Cinebench R15 and R20, achieving a 3766 R20 score.

We've noticed some issues with ZEN 2 CPUs at voltages higher than 1.275V. It might be wise to lower the supply voltage. Additionally, this setup looks promising—your 3600 is achieving 4.425GHz at 1.268Vcore, and the SV12 TFN shows idle voltages between 1.25-1.256V. Under Prime95 I see about 30mV of Vdroop.
