It means that if you've pushed the system beyond its limits, the result is positive. The AIO won't hurt things further. However, any gains rely on your particular 2600 model. You're likely near the maximum most people achieve.

It's unlikely unless you significantly boost the voltage. 4.1Ghz is typically the maximum operating capacity most users can achieve safely. In my view, 4.2Ghz offers only a small benefit compared to the added power and heat for minor improvements.

4.1 works well for an all-core speed on a 2600. I’d suggest sticking with what’s there first. Are you using the original cooler? Swapping it for one that quiets down might help, but if your overclock holds steady and temperatures stay decent, a cooler change isn’t essential.
