Overclocking Ryzen 5 1600 at higher voltages is possible but requires careful handling.
Hello everyone, I'm enjoying using this processor right now. I've read somewhere that these chips can be overclocked to levels similar to the boost clocks of R5 1600X. In the photos below, I experimented with various settings and found them suitable for my setup. However, I noticed an unusual variation in vcore values. Could anyone help explain the differences between my Ryzen Master settings and the readings from HWInfo? I'm open to sharing more details if needed, as I'm still figuring out which information would be useful here. Thanks in advance.
It's set to auto there. I increased the CPU with Ryzen master using the settings above.
If that works, try another program and check its behavior, like the one I linked—I don't do software overclocking; it only activates after Windows finishes booting, and the boot process itself is a stability test.
It is configured automatically. I increased the CPU speed using Ryzen Master with the specified settings.
