Motherboard model B350M bazooka with GPU PNY GTX 970. After attempting an overclock at around 3.8 Ghz and 1.33 volts using Ryzen Master, the system starts Windows icon and login screen while keyboard, mouse, and screen remain inactive. Black screen persists despite unplugging power and clearing CMOS by removing battery and reinserting it.

A key reason not to change the software is that you might need to remove the battery for a longer time. Make sure the power is off by unplugging and pressing the start button briefly before putting the battery back in. Otherwise, it won't reset the CMOS or BIOS properly.
