My Ryzen 9 3950X handles 1866MHz smoothly, which explains the 3733MHz RAM speed, though it was shaky at 1900MHz.

The 1.5v setting might exceed safe limits for some components. Are you aware of the type of die you're using? I'd also consider adding a fan to direct airflow and prevent overheating.

It looks like you're reviewing your memory timings and settings. Your tRFC falls within the standard 160–180ns range for Samsung B-Die, matching tRFC 298 and 336. Your tFAW is already set to a more aggressive timing. The tRRDS of 4 is solid, and adjusting tRRDL to 4 from 6 would push it into the 'Extreme' category. You might consider lowering tWR to 10 for even tighter timing, though that's very tight. Your tCWL, tRTP, tRDRD, tWRWR, tRDWR, and tWRRD all perform well, significantly better than your previous DDR3-3000 CL14 B-Die setup. You can also try DDR4-3600 at 1.4V, but the timing precision is lower compared to your current configuration.
