I don't think so either, it definitely feels strange. Have you attempted a CMOS reset? And begin fresh. You might also want to check the TRY IT options to see if the issue improves.

I hope CL20 at 3200hz remains superior to CL16 at 2666hz. I've heard some advice suggesting that the RAM latency isn't as crucial with an Intel CPU compared to a Ryzen one.
The timing still appears as 16/18/18/39 in BIOS, but it's grayed out.
The odd thing is that when I try to manually adjust it to 16/18/18/39, the system crashes and restarts back to default before I can power on the PC.
