Hello,
I have limited experience with OC.
I purchased a 2x8GB GSKILL 3200MHz RAM with a Ryzen 5 2400G and an MSI B450 PRO VDH Plus MMO.
When I enter BIOS, it shows the RAM running at 2400MHz.
During overclocking, there are two profiles available: one at 2933MHz and another at 3200MHz.
If I choose 3200MHz, is that safe?
Sorry, I'm a beginner.

it should function properly, but in the worst scenario it might not boot at all. then you can simply reset the BIOS/CMOS.
