I have a processor i5 4440 @ 3.1ghz
RAM - 10gb
GPU - His R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 ice x2 something

I want to overclock it by at least 10-20% for better performance, please help.

My GPU isn't from His MSI and it has various settings. The main differences between brands usually come down to the cooler type. You should definitely check out the overclocking guides I shared. All the manufacturers' overclock tips are listed there, take a closer look.
