After minor manual adjustments in the BIOS with small tweaks after saving and exiting, the screen issue persists. [Intel Graphics disabled] Everything runs at default settings, AI overclocking at 10% achieves stable performance, reaching up to 3.33GHz. Attached are Hwmonitor and HwINfo images.

At default settings with AI set to 15%, it mostly fails but sometimes boots successfully. I can't easily recreate that manually. Changing the FSB and keeping everything auto (voltages & RAM) works up to 360 MHz or higher, after which the display disappears. Raising the PCIe frequency to 110 MHz resolved the issue, then further increasing it to 115 MHz restored both functionality and booting. Increasing the FSB by a small amount seems promising—what advice would you give for progressing?
