First off, overclocking Ryzen 7000 is kinda pointless in the traditional sense, there just isn't any headroom and at best you end up matching performance, at worst you end up significantly worse. Enable PBO and call it a day. If you want to do some more, you can mess with the curve optimizer. To use that, set it to negative and raise that number until you get random crashes.
