no, you cannot overclock the g2020. its multiplier is locked down............

Yes you can use 1600Mhz DDR3 but it'll be limited to 1333Mhz, I use it with my G3258 (Which is the overclockable one) but it limits itself to 1333, however there's an option in the BIOS to turn it up to 1400Mhz, not really any performance difference though. And no I don't think you can overclock it without doing some serious motherboard mods, but there may be a way
