I'm trying to increase my CPU's clock speed but whenever I raise the FSB it doesn't boot. I adjust the voltage and lower the RAM speed. My motherboard is G41M-P33 Combo which supports a maximum FSB of 1333. The DDR2 is 2x2Gb at 800Mhz, and the GPU is 750GB/s.

It's typical for G41 MB to reach a 340 fsb limit. The G41 chipset allows Xeon swaps. If your system supports a 120W CPU, the X5470 would be a suitable choice.
Here are some build examples for that MB.

I don't have a different CPU, but I can get various motherboards like GA-P43T-ES3G or GA-EP43T-S3L. Can I do an OC on those?

It should function properly, I won't be overclocking much
If it reaches 3.4 Ghz I'm satisfied
Appreciate the assistance

You can easily reach 4GHz with the QX9650, so it should work fine.
