A suitable Ghz range would be around 3.5 to 4.0 for these systems.

You could achieve around 4.5-4.8GHz at approximately 1.4V. Each CPU behaves differently, so voltages might vary higher or lower.

Jake2904 suggests considering the level of aggressiveness needed for overclocking. He mentions possible settings around 4.5Ghz with default voltages and notes that temperatures can stay below 50ºC with a custom cooler. He advises caution, especially if the cooler has a higher TDP, and recommends starting with 4.3-4.4Ghz if the setup stays under 65ºC during load. He warns against increasing voltages beyond 4.5 unless you're certain of the process.
