When I turn on XMP, my games stop working after just five minutes. My Corsair Vengeance memory is rated for 3200MHz, but I’m stuck at 2133MHz because crashes happen when I try to overclock. I own a B450 Aorus Elite. Help needed.

It seems your system might be struggling with the memory speed. The 2600's memory controller may not support 3200MHz, and older Ryzen models can be quite selective. Consider enabling XMP profiles and manually lowering the frequency to 3000MHz for better performance.

Your approach succeeded! I used memtest and experienced no problems, then played Fortnite without crashes. Thanks for the help!
