I have the following components for my PC: Ryzen 5 1600 af, MSI b450m mortar max, Corsair vengeance LPX 2X8gb 3200mhz kit, CoolerMaster ml240l AIO, thermaltake litepower 750w and an rx570 sapphire pulse. I'm attempting to overclock and encountering two main problems. The first issue is that the RAM clock speed remains unchanged regardless of my actions. In BIOS or using AMD Ryzen Master, I set it to 1600 or 3200mhz in Windows, but it only displays 2133mhz upon boot. The second problem occurs when I try to overclock the CPU itself. It initially runs at around 4GHz, but when I push it to 4.1GHz, it stalls at about 3.58GHz during Cinebench and doesn't exceed that speed. I'm puzzled by this behavior, especially since I increased the voltage around the same time.
