Here is what I have: a Ryzen 5 1600, an MSI B450M Mortar Max motherboard, a Corsair Vengeance LPX kit with 2x8GB of RAM running at 3200MHz, a CoolerMaster ML240L AIO cooler, a Thermaltake 750W power supply, and a Radeon RX570 Sapphire Pulse graphics card.

I am trying to overclock my CPU but hit two main roadblocks. The first one is that no matter what I try in the BIOS or use Ryzen Master, the RAM clock speed stays stuck at 2133MHz even if I set it to 3200MHz in the BIOS before booting Windows. That second problem happens when I start overclocking the CPU; once I get it running around 4GHz, any further increase to 4.1GHz makes it only stay at a slow 3.58GHz during Cinebench tests and refuses to go higher. It used to be unstable earlier, but right now I bumped the voltage up to 1.4375 volts while this is happening.
