I know this is a bit old, but I need help overclocking my Inter Core 2 Quad Q9650.
Motherboard: Gigabyte EP43-UD3L
Ram: DDR2 8 GB DRAM Freq. 480

I don't think it's a good idea to overclock the motherboard unless it's not your main system. Keep it as it is.

i'm not very familiar with gigabyte bios, but i suggest leaving everything on auto, including vcore and cpu voltage. raise the front side bus and base clock to 3ghz or 400x9, which could bring you around 4ghz. your motherboard and cpu were excellent overclockers, so you should end up close to that level.
