Overclocking i7700k cpu

My configuration includes an i7 7700k processor, an Asus rog strix FTS 1080 graphics card, a msi z270 gaming m5 motherboard, a Corsair cx750m power supply, the h100i v2 cooling solution. I'm attempting to push my CPU to 4.8 GHz and previously succeeded at 1.25v, but it didn't work out. I've been checking overclocking videos but still have limited understanding of what my system can achieve.

each processor varies, unless you purchase a pre-sorted chip from a third party. From a cooling and platform perspective, it should manage 4.8 without problems.

you might want to test with a safe maximum voltage of around 1.35 for the 7700k, using a flat llc configuration. check if this gives a stable system at 4.8 and gradually reduce the voltage.

Looking to overclock my CPU but unsure about the right voltage or frequency settings. My system details are:
