Sure, I can clarify those points. The last part refers to the current performance level of 4.3GHZ, which is stable without needing an overclock. It suggests that adding a fan cooler might allow further improvements until a water cooling system is installed. MCE stands for Maximum Clock Speed, and a locked core OC at max turbo means the CPU is running at its highest possible speed with no adjustments made.

I have saved the program but it does not start properly. It displays a message about an unsupported issue. I checked the manual and confirmed all required settings are configured correctly. I downloaded the installer for i7-9700k without problems, but the error persists when launching. Do you have any suggestions?

I observed the software indicating a 10GB partition creation, but it isn't visible on my machine. This might be the problem. It's unclear what's happening. It could be helpful to consult guides on overclocking. I believe I can reach 4.5GHZ with the existing fan cooling setup and it should work fine.

Yes, it should divide a section for the program.

Yes, I didn't notice any partitions in disk management. On build 1809 the guide states this is necessary, along with other configurations. Eventually, I plan to purchase a water cooler and move forward without further delays. I won't waste the night searching for Intel software compatibility.

When I was fixing the Intel software, I reset the Overclocking options to the default level. For example, 3.60GHZ, etc. There haven’t been any adjustments made. In the MSI GUI it displays that the CPU is running at 3.60GHZ. However, when I restart my computer, the fan speed is at its maximum and CPU-Z indicates the CPU is operating at 4.6 to 4.7Mhz. Bus speed is listed as 100.00, with a multiplier range of 46-7 that changes. I’m not sure what’s happening. I installed the Intel software but encountered an error when trying to open it. After uninstalling it, I’m still confused about what might have occurred.

The CPU is merely increasing its performance as usual.

Well, it's really improving and performing well! I just played Red Dead Redemption 2 after adjusting the Ultra settings on my PC, and it never crashed. The GPU temperature stayed below 72 on one core. Very satisfied. It idles at 4.7ghz with an average of 32c, which isn't bad at all. Thanks to everyone for your support and advice. I plan to upgrade to a liquid cooled system this week. Anyway, 4.6-4.8ghz is decent, and the benchmark results compared to my i5 test are much better. I just need to switch to NVME and upgrade my memory. Have a great Christmas!

The information provided indicates that using standard Optimal Default configurations already offers superior results compared to your current overclocking setup. You should be adequately performing with default settings, reaching at least 4.6GHz. Activating MCE will ensure all cores operate at their highest turbo speed of 4.9GHz, provided your cooling system can support it.

You can locate this MCE configuration within the CPU settings in the MSI graphical interface.
