I completed a new build recently using an i7 6700k processor, and everything seems to be functioning properly at the moment. However, I noticed some unusual behavior that I'm not sure about. The stock frequency at 4.0Ghz (with turbo 4.2) fluctuated significantly, jumping between 1.30 and 1.43 during idle. The temperature stayed around 30°C. Later, I adjusted the BIOS settings to set all cores to 4.2GHz and increased the voltage to 1.3V, but the fluctuations persisted, ranging from about 1.35 to 1.42. This occurred even when using high-performance energy mode. When switching to balanced mode, the voltage drops and frequency isn't consistently at its peak. I ran Prime95 for about two hours, and the voltage reached its maximum of 1.443V, with temperatures peaking at 87°C. Is this level of voltage unusual if I manually set it to 1.3V? If not, what might be causing this issue or how should I proceed?

VID represents the CPU's request, while Vcore indicates the voltage provided to the CPU. Focus on Vcore rather than VID.
