On windows your computer is unstable so your overclocking won't work properly or check your power supply—it's a crucial part for overclocking. I don't use event viewer, so I'm unsure what to look for or where to start. I have a 630W PSU, and even after checking the power requirements with everything overclocked, it wasn't close to 600W. My PC only reached a maximum of 500W when all settings were optimized. I tried searching in the start menu for event viewer but don't know what log file to find.

Check the crash time. I'm not sure if it matters, but you might be waiting.
The time of the crash isn't visible here.
