The installation of easy tune didn't work, and none of the smart quick boost or advanced CPU OC settings are responding in the panels.

Haha I’m completely certain about that. I realized my problem was just using the number keys instead of pressing enter. But this didn’t solve the issue with Easytune. I managed to fully lock it using my motherboard.
