on that CPU and MB all set to auto, adjust the CPU multiplier to 40x for a 4.0gz boost. Don't change the FSB speed, keep it at 100. I've built a gaming rig with this setup and achieved 4.8gz using a Corsair H100i GTX cooler. A 4.0-4.5 range works well for that CPU.
