Your OC is not stable. There is no universal value you can set, each CPU is different and you need to find stable settings yourself. You likely can't go as high as 3600MHz with frequency at 1.3V... it's just bad luck with the silicon quality.

Adjust multiplier to 30 and check for crashes. First generation Ryzen uses a problematic IMC, so focus on RAM stability.

Starting from that time, around 15-20% was typical. That’s thanks to effective cooling and affordable options like Micron or Samsung B die, which were quite inexpensive back then. Today it’s hard to notice because 4/4 is now considered older than most people here seeking original component guides.
