I increased my GPU's overclock settings for about ten minutes, adjusting the core and memory clocks. It caused a crash in the GPU driver, so I turned it off. I'm worried it might have damaged the GPU. Please help ease my worries.

I contacted your GPU and had a brief conversation. It's functioning well.

boost the component, verify its thermal performance, and if it leads to crashes, note the highest clock speeds achieved. It’s not a concern as long as you’re not attempting those speeds that caused the failure—this is mainly about stability, not longevity.
