I purchased a new GTX 1050 Ti OC and after a week it began to slow down, while my i3 8100 operates at 100 and the GPU occasionally drops to 70 but mostly stays lower. Will overclocking the GPU be effective or irrelevant?
if the cpu is operating at full capacity, verify the temperature or consider upgrading the cpu.
