Overclocking GPU
Overclocking GPU
Okay i'm new to overclocking and i have just bought my first PC, used for gaming.
please i need some serious help.
I need to know the basics and you tube is not helping.
I have a asus 2070 super OC edition. I have GPU tweak 2 but i would also like to know what voltage i need to use and what MHz is safe.
Hi there,
You're approaching this in the wrong direction. You're looking for a fast and simple solution with clear instructions on what settings to adjust. It's not quite effective. Just like with hardware modifications, it's important to understand what you're trying to achieve and why. But more crucially, how to do it correctly the first time so you avoid mistakes.
There are many straightforward guides available online that walk you through the process. For instance:

Watch the video, then review it again. Following the steps will typically take about an hour to fully configure your card, achieve stability, and improve performance without extra cost.

Hi there,
You're approaching this the wrong way. You're looking for a quick and simple solution with clear instructions on what settings to apply. Unfortunately, this isn't straightforward. Just like with hardware modifications, understanding what you want and why is essential. More importantly, knowing how to do it correctly the first time to avoid mistakes.
There are many easy-to-follow guides online that walk you through the process. For instance:

Watch the video, then review it again. If you stick to the steps, you'll spend about an hour optimizing your card, achieving stability, and improving performance without extra cost.
Each GPU or CPU is unique, so some will respond better than others. This is why we rely on these guides or our own logical approach to ensure a stable upgrade. Stability is crucial—otherwise you risk crashes, screen issues, and display errors.
On the other hand, if your card is already fast and an OC edition, pushing further won't help much. In my opinion, you probably don't need to do this at all.
