Hi, your 9700k is behaving differently depending on the workload. At higher loads it stays stable around 5.1ghz with a 1.33V supply, but drops to about 4.68GHz when you run something like Cold War. The temperatures hover between 50°C and 60°C. You mentioned not knowing your cooler type—maybe the liquid cooler isn’t providing enough cooling under stress. Consider checking your cooler’s capacity or switching to a better one for sustained high performance.

It seems like you're pointing out an issue and suggesting your system might require higher voltage.
