Overclocking failed does not allow access to BIOS
Overclocking failed does not allow access to BIOS
I attempted to overclock my CPU, but it didn’t succeed. After each reboot, the PC briefly powers on for a few seconds before shutting down repeatedly in a loop. The only solution is to completely disconnect the power supply for a while and then reconnect it. I’m using an Asus Z97-e motherboard with an Intel Core i5 4690K processor. When the system starts, pressing F2 or DEL has no effect, and the "Overclocking failed" screen prevents access to SETUP, redirecting me straight to Windows. Please help! Thanks a lot!
Disconnect the PC from the power source, detach the motherboard's BIOS battery, and maintain the case power switch for five seconds. Reinsert the battery, reconnect the PC to the outlet, and turn it on again.
