I’m trying to boost my Intel i3 4150 at 3.5 ghz and the MSI GTX 950. Could you explain how to do it? Which tools are needed and what safe settings should I use for the power and memory clocks?

1. CPU does not allow overclocking
2. GPU can be overclocked using MSI Afterburner
Warnings: a reliable PSU is necessary for safety.
