I have a Ryzen 5 1600X, 16GB DDR4 RAM at 2400MHz, an RX 6650 XT graphics card, and a 600W power supply. I attempted to overclock the CPU to about 3.9GHz from 3.6GHz, increased the voltage slightly, adjusted the RAM voltage a bit, and saved my settings before opening Windows. The PC shut down when I opened Opera, and it won’t turn on now. I tried using only one RAM stick instead of two, removed the GPU, and even reset the BIOS. I took the motherboard battery out and touched the CMOS pins with a screwdriver. When I pressed the power button, the case fans started spinning but stopped immediately.
