I want to boost my overclocking but I'm not familiar with afterburner or how much to push it. I'm hoping someone who has done this on an AMD system can share advice. My setup is an AMD FX 8350 with 16GB RAM, an MSI GTX 950, and a 750mm PSU.

You should be fine achieving 1250 on the GPU core and 7500 on memory, though each card varies. I own the Zotac Amp! edition and have 1300 on the core plus 250 on memory, but definitely every card is unique.
