This is my part list
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2CZwm8
And I'm playing Ark Survival evoled single player but i get random lag spikes; i've deducted its nothing to do with heat and using CPUID, when the spikes happen, CPU Usage is at 100%;
1. Is there any way to solve this without breaking warranty
2. If not than what should I put my chip to. Voltages would be helpful.
Thanks is advance

Test 5Ghz at 1.47-1.48V, adjust multiplier to 25 and keep other settings. If it doesn't boot, raise voltage to 1.5V. If no display, switch to 4.6Ghz at 1.45V and gradually increase both voltage and frequency from there.
