Yeah, that PSU is fine, but not ideal for OC. But I don't think that's the main problem. You mentioned you reset the specs back to default and it passed the 10-pass IBT test? If that's the case, just turn off turbo mode and increase the CPU frequency by the smallest step the BIOS permits. (avoid using software for overclocking) Then try running IBT again. Is it stable now? Yes, I was able to reach 4 GHz without any issues, thanks for your advice.
