A-10 7700k with 3.4ghz and 3.8 turbo, paired with a Noctua NH-U14S cooler, GIGABYTE F2A88XM-D3H, G.Skill Ripjaw 16gb 4x4 1600, GeForce GTX 960 2gb, Corsair 500M 500w power supply. On games like Arma and Skyrim, I typically achieve 30-40 fps (with mods, though vanilla performance isn't usually that high), and I don't feel the need to push those numbers. I thought it might be my CPU or VRAM affecting the results. If it's the CPU, would overclocking make a difference?

Did you adjust any configurations in the BIOS regarding RAM? It might be wise to upgrade to the newest BIOS for optimal speed.

What do you mean by settings? I have two revisions available for the latest update.
